Give yourself a 1L enema and hold it for at least 30 minutes. If you want a plug to help hold it in, use a ginger root. Make sure to move around a lot while you hold it.

Enema in, maybe a plug would have been needed, but ginger for 30 minutes would just be too much!
So I hope I will retain it by myself!
