At least the church offers it, and it is not mandatory. Because it is up to the people if they want to pray first or not.

That's nothing. Here, then NHS is telling people to masturbate or have sex at least 2 times a week. ;D

Not that I've anything wrong with it. It actually promotes safe sex, in a roundabout propaganda-ish way. XD
