hi hello, as you can see i don't have much figured out in the ways of likes and limits and such so i'm asking for any truths to answer, dares to complete, dice dares, rules to follow for a week. I won't do any pictures but I will write up and publish full reports on here.

Also I've been hella into pokemon go recently so if you want to incorporate that into it go right ahead lol.

Also I really have to pee right now but won't go until given permission.

Do 10 situps
Do 10 squats
Do another 20 jumping jacks

Okay, I just finished this. It was brutal. I have to pee so badly and I'm impressed I didn't piss myself during it. My bladder feels full and it was a little uncomfortable during the situps. I felt like I was going to burst with every jumping jack and squat.

For the next 30 minutes you are not allowed to hold yourself or cross your legs.

Every 5 minutes press on your bladder.

At the end of the 30 minutes, sit on the toilet fully clothed but do not pee. Sit there for 10 minutes.

If you are still holding by this point, you may pee normally.

I made it through the whole 30 minutes and had to pee so badly. As soon as I sat down I pissed immediately, no stopping it. I didn't even make it a second. I'm now sitting on the toilet in my piss soaked clothes.
