How long you must wear the diaper
1.1 Hour
2.3 hours
3. 8 hours
4. Till the next morning
5. 12 hours
6. 24 hours

What to put in your diaper
1.Baked Beans
2.Ice Cream
3.Slowly pour a gallon of water in till its full
4.Bananas
5.Coca Cola
6.Entire can of whip cream

What to do while wearing diaper
1.Watch only children shows
2.Continue your day as normal
3.Take a five minute shower after every hour (if you only have an hour shower at the beginning of the hour
4.Crawl on your hands and knees
5.Color every page of a coloring book then continue your day as normal
6.Rub your genital through the diaper be sure to squish what is in side all around
