I have a question. What do you thing, which European country is most 'public dare friendly'. I would like to consider long daylight, public consideration - off course someone can call police anywhere in the world. Mobile internet connection - fast and a lot of data. By public i mean also semi public, hidden public etc. Oh I forgot about the weather - warm climate.

Is there any web sithe where broadcasting public dares is OK?

Well, I think where I live; the Netherlands, is somewhere on the bottom of the list with most public dare friendly European countries. It doesn't matter where you are in the Netherlands, you always have a phone signal and -internet connection. Furthermore, the landscapes are rather flat without cover due big fields and farmland. Standard time length of daylight with a temperate maritime climate.

It depends on what you mean with public dares. Outdoor dares, dares involving actively involving other people, performing dares when surrounded by other people, or maybe just going commando? If you love being naked, doing outdoor dares with a few of your friends: find a huge forrest where there is no chance of gettin caught. France maybe, renting a small house somewhere far from the population, a big forrest in your backyard.

Or if you would like to do dares surrounded by people. Then maybe going to one of the eastern countries, no offense. I think that the police cares less about people doing weird (and maybe illegal) things when it's not dangerous to their surroundings. Walking naked next to a highway, through alleys and villages.

I think you can just upload videos of yourself to any free porno website. Maybe it can not be done live, still if you want to be exposed or share your adventures with others, any porno website might be fine. But make sure that videos that show people doing mild illegal things is allowed on the website.

Well, I think that Germany is rather open, but no so warm generally.
France is open too, especially along the southern coasts, and in the big cities.
Spain and italy are both very catholic, therefore be cautious about too open dares.
Croatia has a long coast and a very friendly population, is warm and sunny and generally not too moralistic...:=)
And my home country? Austria? Well surely open to dares, but many mountains, lots if snow in winter, but the summers are magic. And the girls too....

I don't know how you'll be able to do this when you are going outdoors. Normally, indoors, you can just use your cam on your computer and cable internet. Outdoors, you have to pay a lot of money each month because I think prepaid internet is very expensive when you want to broadcast live recordings to a website. In the netherlands, an unlimited (4G) internet bundle is around €40, with enough download speed but I am not sure whether you have enough upload speed to broadcast a live (HD) video to a website.

If you are preparing yourself, are you prepared to travel to the most public dare friendly country in Europe to broadcast yourself (or others) doing dares? yes, this is a preparation. I am in UK ATM. `i found decent mobile pre-paid internet sim cards in Portugal and Poland. Speed was very good and Poland was 80GB data !!!!

Depends on the dares, I guess.

Today, there are only few legal restrictions on public nudity in Germany. Especially east german beaches are very mixed, cause the nudists movement was very big in former East Germany. You can go hiking nude.

You are not allowed to perform sex in public. But there are a lot of cruising areas for gays. And a lot of resting places are used by straight couples, too.

Germany is well known for it's kinky gay scene. And prostitution and swinger clubs are legal. Even small towns have places like that.
