This might help you find some limits

1. Bind your tits with the rope.
2. Apply deepheat/tobasco sauce to nipples.
3. Put on nipple clamps.
4. Do jumping jacks for 3 mins.
5. After 2 mins remove clamps and reapply deapheat.
6. Repeat steps 4 & 5 for a total of 6 times.
