Connery is the Definitive Bond. He was the first and played 007 well. As a big fan of the original Ian Fleming novels, however, the closest to true bond is Daniel Craig. Bond in the books is cold and gritty and doesn't have all the gadgets. If I had to put them in order:

1. Connery
2. Craig
3. Dalton
4. Lazenby
5. Moore
6. Brosnan

I can't pick one!

Sean Connery is the classic Bond. He's awesome!
George Lazenby sucked.
Roger Moore was okay-ish. He was just too old in the final ones, and too witty.
Timothy Dalton is good. Not too special, but pretty good.
Pierce Brosnan looked the part, but he didn't have that much character.
Daniel Craig doesn't look like Bond in my opinion, but I love his acting.

Okay, I guess I can pick one after writing it out for myself. Connery it is!

Moore, Connery, Brosnan, Lazenby, Dalten, anyone else who will play Bond in the future, and Craig will always be the worst.

Daniel Craig convinced me. My favorite was Sean Connery, but now.....
Craig has brought Bond into the new times. Good scenarios, very good camera had their part in it too.

Sean Connery, for me. He's just the definitive Bond. Although he's better in his first few films than his last.

I also have a soft spot for George Lazenby, who brought a much more 'human' side to the role. (We got to see James Bond scared, worried, anxious, etc. Rather than some infallible superhero.)

I also enjoy Daniel Craig too, but I've not yet seen all of his films to properly judge.

My least favourite... sorry Brosnan :/

My favourite films are YOLT, OHMSS and SPECTRE.

As a Bond fan, i have to say Daniel Craig is really my favorite. As said before, he took the character to the modern age. Although i do enjoy Connory and Dalton in the classics.

Sorry to say, but Brosnan isn't really cutting it for me...i personally feel his ego takes the best of him.
