I like slaveboy's idea and offer a possible modification for further punishment:

To expel, lie in your shower with your head in the tub and your back up against the wall (as if you were trying to jack off into your mouth). To expel, push a Mentos in your ass and wait for nature to take its course.

Okay, first, I'm 99.99999% sure that putting soda inside of you is not safe! It's acidic enough to rot your teeth and clean pennies. In other words, it could cause internal damage, allergic reactions, rashes, etc, that just aren't safe or healthy for you.
I'd recommend getting an enema kit from Amazon, and starting with small amounts of water to work your way up. (Two liters of water is WAY too much. Start small. Try around 1 cup of water to start, or 250 ml.) And remember to give your body time to recover! Don't do multiple enemas in one day.
Remember guys, SAFE, SANE, and CONSENSUAL. Don't give out dares that could hurt subs who want to obey you!

I totally agree with that. SAFETY FIRST.

An enema kit on amazon isn't that expensive. Around 20$
