what to do while in punishment/chastity diaper?

I am in my punishment diaper at the moment. I need you to give me tasks, dares, truths, punishments, etc.. to get out. Please be brutal, but within limits.

My punishment diaper is when I am in a diaper, 4 slits are cut in the waist line and twine is tied through and around the diaper. Two padlocks are added in so unless I have permission to take them off you would need to cut the twine. I Sprayed Cinnamon vanilla perfume on the diaper before it was locked on. Obviously it is also a chastity device.

I have a collar, a large glass of water, and another strand of twine. You can have me use these if you like.
