Jigsaw Trap

Set up a Jigsaw Trap (self bondage with an alternative
release mechanism that is (too) hard for you) like this:

You will want a release from your bondage by a key
so you can unlock yourself (for example a bike lock)
but there will be a quick way to get free that also
involves lots of pain. The normal release method
should be chosen to be way too slow or unbearable
in other ways.

Slow release suggestions:
-A friend will find you tied up at a certain time
(60 min away from start)
-key to lock/handcuffs is at the other end of a 100 yard
long rope, which goes around a couple of obstacles so it
will be almost impossible to get it without it getting
stuck or taking too long
-key in a too big block of ice that won't melt until hours
of waiting
-key will only drop if a call to a mobile phone is received
to vibrate it down tied to a string from above

Suggestions of unbarable but slow irritation:
-hot enema of spices, soap, etc
-pegs on your most sensitive spots
-risk of exposure yourself nude or embarrassingly dressed
to people walking by in a public place
-continuously dripping wax on your tied up body
-insects or spiders etc inside taped underwears
-music or noise you hate at unbearable volume in your
ears

Suggestions of Jigsaw traps:
-ripping off 30 clothespins attached to ropes and your
most sensitive body parts
-having 30 thumb tacks in your tied shoes, so that standing
down forces them into your feet
-releasing a key by moving your body weight right down
on 30 needles pointint right into your most sensitive
spots
