Go and collect at least 15 pens. Insert them one by one with toothpaste as your lube.

If you fail before 15 take them all out and start over with more toothpaste until you made it to 15.

Collect all the possible items that you can insert in your ass (minimum 10 items). Now rank them according to their size. Start with the most tiny one to the bigger one. Each time you insert one you have to fuck your ass with it for 15 mins (you can use lube). Withing 48 hours you have to use all these 10 items.

It took me two tries. My asshole is still burning from the toothpaste. I chose the thinnest pens I have, but it still burned terribly. Thank you for the punishment.
