Drink lots of water and then handcuff yourselves together.
Pick a pair of panties for each other and a leotard for each and then dress each other is that outfit.

You will not be able to use the bathroom until both of you are bursting.

You can do the following pet play:

One of you will be in four (crawl) collared with a chain and tied to a poll. Another will provoke the tied one to touch her like just a dog do, while moving in and out the range of the chain .
