Well, it seems that you like nudity, so how about if you strip naked, open all the windows and blinds, shove three carrots up your ass, now put a pair of panties on (if you don't have any, the smallest jocks you can find) and give yourself a hanging wedgie for 10 minutes or until the panties break. If they broke, you've got to run two laps around the outside of your house (or the equivalent, block, whatever depending on where you live)
