Wear a dress, be nude except for the dress and shoes+socks.
Your mission is to walk around in the city, but you may only
walk if you do one of the 3 following flashing methods:

1: Holding up the dress in the back flashing your entire ass
2: Holding up the dress in the front up to your belly button flashing your pussy
3: Holding down the dress flashing one whole boob

When you flash (and look out for people) try to change the
way you flash (altering between the 3 methods).

Your mission is to walk through a mall and buy something,
visit a library, walk through a park, pass through a central station,
and walk over a long bridge.

If you remain still in one spot for over a minute, you have to
tease yourself (fingering) continuously under your dress using
both hands until you begin your walking/flashing dare again.
