Need help with a dare game

So first off, thanks to Tobahkiin for the his Mario Kart Crossdressing Dare thread, because it inspired this idea.

I could use some help think of ideas for a wedgie dare game, that somehow could interact with playing Mario Kart, Wii Sports, or Wii Fit Plus. Anyone have any ideas to extend that? It could be really fun, but it'd help to have someone else's ideas too.
