That was added in an edit after my post. Hence why the information coincides with my questions exactly.

Getting back on track, put sandpaper or steel wool in your bra then go for a walk for at least 30 minutes.

Put toothpaste on each nipple, then put your bra on. Leave it that way all day.

Put thumb tacks (drawing pins) inside the cups (best if you can push them through a lining if they're held in by the outer fabric.

Wear the bra to go dancing.

If you have to take the pins out you must ask permission from the DJ or door staff and let them watch you take them out if they want to.
