Haven't figured out, how to do that and as far as I know, it is very, very difficult or even impossible for guys to not lose their arousal after an orgasm.
What you can try, is to rest a little after cumming (about 5-10 mins) and then get yourself again to the edge several times, that might help.

Your dare is pretty simple:

You take two cookies and cum on ONE of them.
Then blindfold yourself, transpose the cookies several times until you don't know which is the clean one and which is the one with the cum on it and then eat one of them.

If you like, also eat the second one.
