Cardio Dares
Hello all, I have this exercises I am suppose to do in a week. 3 days are Cardio, and I have no idea what ones to do many many, it has to be 45 mins. Worth of cardio and I have to do it 2x during the 3 days I have to do them. So I decided to ask the good good people of Get Dare to give me the 6 cardios I should do and add some kinky fun to it =3
Person that assign the dare left it up to me to decide the cardios but said I have to do each exercise twice of the two he picked. First one is a Full Body Bodyweight Workout and second is Conditioning Workout For Women. I need to do both every day for a week, but the carido part is pretty open which gave me the idea to ask. I was thinking of just 3 but I will shorten the list if no one adds to the list, 6 different ones be a bit more fun then 3 as well. Also, I can split the cardio workout which is 45 mins to 2 different work outs, this works for things like the belly dancing that the videos i found are 25 mins to 30 mins, so I would have 15 mins so either I do other video or other cardio. I will blog about this or maybe make up a blogspot =3. Since I was given a cardio exercise and have yet to do it I will add it to the list so all I need is 5. If I get to the day that I need cardio and only have one that day I will just do it twice instead of once =3 1>Bellydancing with soda enema and butt plug. 2>Practice~locojon 3>Box Jumps, Jump Rope, Stairs, Running ~PleasureSkillz 4> 5> 6> I will add a summary of dare to list till it is filled so you know the place of said dare. First come first serve if your dare was not detailed enough and I have to ask questions it will be added when all questions are answered. Any questions ask and be detailed so I do not have to ask any questions or little. You are free to PM directions me as well. Okay so you want us to come up with kinky/daring ways to do cardio, right? I really like the idea of any dare used to better yourself like exercise, cleaning, things like that. While your description is a bit long, I'll try to help you out!
I have some questions. What's the weather outside? Can you go outside? Where can you possibly do the cardio (is a gym an option?). Do you have access to e.g. an exercise bike (at home or at the gym?). What about a physical bike (if you can go outside and use it?). For starters assuming you are doing these at home, you should do a strip-themed exercise workout, like Carmen Electra's Aerobic striptease - but you must dress the part, including wearing stripper heels!

Well I have a BA in sports and Health science with a concentration on Exercise.
So lets get started.. If were doing cardio lets begin warming up the body. If you want to make it kinky you can add a butt plug while you do this. Take a stool or wooden box with a height of 12 inchs off the grou and complete 3 sets 10 repetitions jumping up onto the box and back down. After the box jumps begin to jump rope for 1 minute with 30 seconds rest. Complete this 5-10 times with the 30 seconds between each 1 minute burst. After your lower body is fully warmed up get on a stairs master, complete 100 flight of stairs in under 10 minutes, you will need to adjust the speed to ensure you make hte deadline. Lasty get on a trendmill and run for 10-15 minutes at a decent inclince (challenge yourself) at a moderate speed (anywhere from 6-8pmh. Like I said this can be done with a buttplug, anything you can stuf in your pussy. Very tight top and uncomfortable panties that may reveal while you are lifting to gain attention. If you like this one day cardio let me know and I can continue giving you your workout routine. |

Mmmm... I do not have a stairmaster or treadmill nor I dun think I can jog that long but I can try. But I can run outside and use the stairs at my job 2 story building Would that work? And well I am not a girl but thankies ^-^
And really I want the person to decide what I do so up to you on buttplug. |

Here's a fun way you can practice for your boyfriends.
