So here is the report for my dare.

I went feminized, wearing thigh highs, short shorts, thong, sports bra with C cup inserts and 2" heel sandals. The spot i chose is a path along an old railway line. I moved into the woods to be safe. I taped the candles together. Since i have had to wear a butt plug for many days now, i figured this was just exchanging plugs and didn't violate my rules. I tied a rope around the candles and inserted them up to the rope, about 2/3 of the candles. I tied them to my balls making sure they were pulled back tight. I then pulled the rope up to my neck and tied it as a collar. I made sure the collar part was not choking me, but i also leaned back as much as i could and tied the rope to the candles tight.
