Keep my nipples sore during December

I want to spend December with sore nipples. I'm female. I enjoy nipple pain, stretching my nipples, hanging items from my tits, abusing my nipples. Usually, they get time to recover but this month I want to keep them sore. I'm plus size and have large breasts but wanted to keep this post to nipples only.

I will list also:
Nipple clamps with chain
Abacus Clamp - these are very tight, even when on the loose setting. They won't come off easily.
Mini circle clamps - Can be worn for duration.
Suction Cups
Household items like pegs/sandpaper/pin tacks/tiny elastic bands/string/clipped clothing hangers etc.

Be imaginative. It can be a short painful task or something to endure as the day goes on, still or physical.

I have a family, so these tasks can be elaborate during weekdays when they are at school. At weekends they will need to be hidden tasks.

I don't think photos can be shared here can they? I will send photos to whoever sends the idea as proof and message here to alert them once I've done so. I will aim for 1 per day, maybe 2 if I am feeling extra festive. I'm not owned or denied, so I'll of course be rewarding myself for the pain, as often as I want.

Limits are important right - I guess I didn't type them because I control my own limits by taking suggestions that align with my own. No permanent marks, cuts or anything that will cause long-lasting damage. I just want extremely sore nipples for December. I want them to be so sensitive that even a t-shirt brushing against them will make them sting.

P.S - Can we keep it on the thread. I don't want to give this challenge to one person. I want to do tasks without someone taking full control for 1 month or longer.
