Default Help Denon lose weight or give him punishments.

Hey guys and girls, Sir and Mistresses.

I am creating this thread because I'm lazy and need motivation to lose weight and do more exercise. I am thinking if I will leave lots of the rules down to you lot as you are all so creative.

I currently weight 15 stone and 3 lbs.
My target weight is 14 stone.

I don't want to lose it too quickly but would like to be rewarded for good progress and punished for negative or no progress.

I look forward to your ideas to help me out!

You could try the weight loss challenge in my signature or even my edgy workout

Update: This week I have played two sports and been on 1 other run. I've gone over 10000 steps each day and apart from yesterday eaten under 1500 calories a day. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning to see any progress.

Please don't be afraid to add more rules

Update: I weighed myself this morning, and I weighed in at 15 stone 3 again. So unfortunately no progress.

I need some rules to motivate or punish me!

Youd need to start walking and do 9000 steps a day minimum. For each 500 you miss you need to do 10 hits to the balls and 10 hits to the cock! Report in thread!

It has been rough regarding my hyper libido. I had sought medical attention to see if there were new ideas to solve my scar tissue stimulating my clitoris nerves, but other than severing nerves or removal, no.

First day - I did just over 16000 steps today but was doing a lot of exploring!
I am up to 15 stone 7, this needs sorting quick!

Update: another good day of steps. Just over 12000 today.

Still weighed in at 15 stone 7.

I need some strict exercise, eating and drinking rules!

Sorry I've not updated the past few days.
Tuesday I ran 4k and completed 16000 steps
Wednesday I played 6 a side football running 4k in an hour and another 13000 steps for the day.

Today I have completed 12000 steps with a few hours of the day to go.

Still looking for stricter rules for being fit and healthy.

I'm running and moving more but I'm also eating like a pig!

I have just agreed to 5 weekly rules o must follow, otherwise I get punished.

1. Consume less than 1800 calories.
2. Run 25k a week.
3. Run each 5k in under 25 minutes.
4. Complete 100 press ups
5. Complete 100 squats


If anyone has any idea for punishments or additional.rules then just comment!
