How to delete a subscription

Hello. So.... While I loved my time on getDare in the past...I'm no longer active. I was recently notified by PayPal my payment didn't go through to renew my subscription ( credit card expired and completely forgot about it). The email stated they would attempt to draft again december 5th. I don't want this to occur ( it won't be successful anyway.)

Is there somewhere on gD I can go to to stop the second attempt? I don't want gD to have to pay anything for the unsuccessful attempts....
