How about this?

Roll a dice to determine how large of an enema you take. If you are used to enemas and can take a bit, put your normal hold as "3", with 1 and 2 being lower and 4, 5, and 6 being progressively harder. If you don't do enemas ever have it as listed below and just hold your max if you can't take it's entirety:


1 - 250ml
2 - 500ml
3 - 750ml
4 - 1000ml
5 - 1500ml
6 - 2000ml

Second dice roll is for the substance:

1 - Water (add salt to prevent absorption)
2 - Warm Milk
3 - Oil
4 - Piss
5 - Vulpine's choice of liquid (doesn't have to be one of the ones listed)
6 - Twisted's choice of liquid (doesn't have to be one of the ones listed)



3rd dice is for hold time

1 - 5 minutes
2 - 10 minutes

After this is all complete, release into a bowl large enough for the contents. If you leak out early and cannot fully hold, you will have messy pants and must ask Twisted for a punishment.

5th die, what to do with your waste

1 - Take all enema contents to the toilet by mouth
2 - Bob for the solid scat and chew for 30 seconds each

S-So last night Twisted tasked me to doing this faproulette. I've written up a report, and I hope it entertains some of you as well. >//>

T-The first thing I did was make sure I had all the supplies. I generated all my rolls first before doing the challenge, so that I could know what I needed. I collected toothpaste, honey, milk, bananas, honey, milk, a dildo, and a tub, and I took them to the shower.

I had first rolled that I needed to pee in the tub and then mix it with my foot and lick it, so I did so. My pee was really yellow and it tasted bad. I then had to put a little bit of toothpaste into the tub, drop a dildo in it, and fish it out with my mouth. Luckily the dildo didn't get completely wet. After that, I then put in a spoonful of honey, and once again dropped the dildo in and pulled it out with my mouth. It still thankfully had a dry spot, so all I had to bear was the smell. Next up was a half banana, shoved up my butt and shit out. I went to do that, but despite cleaning out, it still came out dirty. I then had to mix with the dildo, and lick it clean. I did mix it, but once I tasted the concoction in the tub, I couldn't bring myself to taste the contents again. It was so disgusting, a-and it was all stuff that should never go together. >//<

S-So from that point I stopped t-tasting, especially since there were some later rolls where I'd have to down mouthfuls of the stuff, but I did still make up the bucket. I ended up also putting in another spoon of honey, 4 glasses of milk, another half banana shit out from my ass, as much spit as I can make, and a bit more toothpaste. I also tried to vomit in the tub for one of my rolls, but I just couldn't manage it at the time. I'd tried everything, even gagging on a dildo for as long as possible. Didn't work. :c

After I'd finished making up the tub, I mixed it with both my hands, just to make sure everything was well mixed and blended. I needed to mash the banana bits, too.

After that, all I had to do was pour the tub over my head and cum. I went to do that, but I'm pretty sure I missed a bit. I whimpered and moaned a little as the cold, grungy mess slid down my body, barely able to focus on the orgasm I was having at the time. I'd sat there for a minute after coating myself, quite tired after having completed the challenge. • Set up 5 bowls with some kind of substance, e.g Custard, Angel Delight etc.
• 2 of the bowls should have something horrible at the bottom like a layer of really thick treacle
• Drop a handcuff key into one of the bowls. It's preferable if someone else can do this so you don't know which bowl the key is in.
• Place bowls at one end of the room (or one in each corner)
• Tie feet and knees together to prevent walking
