When we are aware of the problem, why do reports need to be filed? We can clearly see there is an issue, and filing reports just causes more work for us. Maybe there is a flaw in the reporting system, but we have no control, we didn't make the system, we just work with it. And when we publicly ask people to stop reporting a problem that we are already aware of, we really appreciate the members who listen to us.
