Hey, sorry to disappoint you. But I don't think it is a good idea. if you leave in the public a used sex toy, most people would be really disturbed and horrified, especially if it is a horse dildo. Kids might grab it and use it inappropriately.

This definitely violets loads of health safe code as well as strangers consent. Not mention if you want to do dare with it in public and leave some evidence behind, you could be charged with indecent exposure if someone calls the police. Plus 99.9% you are just give tired city works extra dirty job to do and those "special toy" would end up in trash anyway.

Not to kink shame,its okay if you see used sex toy laying around and feel excited, but there is a fine line between fantasy and reality.

The best way to do it, is if you can find some kinky people who would take it with consent, either do your dare in your own hidden place, or just give it to them. That's the best way if you don't want to leave them in trash.
