I really think you need a buttplug. Buy one, and practice wearing it. Start with half an hour on the first day, and add an extra half hour every following day.

This might be a little mean but you can try it - basicly try to only wear ducttape as underwear , yes that means covering your crotcharea and genitals in it - its might ne difficult taking it off when you have to pee but where is the fun without a little challenge
