Talking Torture my abs

I want exercise dares. I would love to get a good set of abs and wouldn't mind some pain or restrain while getting them. I would like an EXTREME ab workout for me to complete, in the privacy of my room. I do not have any toys, though have most household items (make use of them!). I will report once done.

as for exercise equipment, i have varied dumbells, resistance bands, ankle weights and a pull up bar

Love: Bondage, vaginal insertion, nipple torture, corner-time, stress positions, clothespins, exercise, feeling controlled, creativity, high heel torture

Don't like (but may do): anal insertion, pee holding, mouth soaping

Off limits: public, family, friends, Illegal, permanent, photos/video/recordings, personal information, loud noise, truths, blackmail, blood/scat/messy, body writing, wax, needles, anything too long term.

Plank for 5 minutes while having your nipples clamped. If you give up before finishing the planking, punish yourself with 5 edges and 50 push ups.

I completed this and stayed in the plank the whole time. About halfway, i seriously felt my abs on fire and with 1.5 min left, i began shaking vigorously (and still am). This caused even more pain from the nipple clamps.

Any others for tonight to increase my pain in the morning?

200 situps. Each time you pause means 5 minutes in the corner on tiptoes.

Set a timer to 1 minute, then do as many sit-ups as you can in 1 minute. They need to be good sit-ups. Hold your ankles down with something so you can do them properly.

If you did 65 reps or more: no punishments - you are super strong and you should be proud.

50-64 reps: 3 edges, 10 push-ups and 10 burpees.
40-49 reps: 6 edges, 20 push-ups and 20 burpees.
Below 40: 12 edges, 30 push-ups and 30 burpees. You are also denied until tomorrow.

Oh, looks like you gotta do 200 sit-ups before my task. I'd be really surprised if you can pull through without any penalties...

I have finished and stopped at 160 sit-ups as i could barely 'sit-up' anymore. i continued and struggled with the last forty and my abs were burning. Did my five minutes cornertime, my calves are burning and were shaking in the last minute and could barely walk afterwards. Thanks

I completed only 45 sit-ups in the minute and have completed the punishments

I think it might be useful for us if you listed the precise weights of the dumbells and the ankle weights. Also, if you want, tell us what kind of high heels you own

Take 10 clothes pins and divided them evenly between the lips of you vagina and your clitoris. Place them in the most sensitive areas of these areas to you. Then put a butt plug if you have one in your butt.

Exercises:

Do 50 butt lifts while laying on your back. Harder variation: if you have an exercise ball place your feet on the ball and roll in and out with your feet.

While keeping the the clothes pins and butt plug in place perform 3 sets of 50 of the following:

Windshield wipers
Knee elbow crunches
modified V sits
reversed crunches
heel touches

Report back when completed and if successful for the whole duration of exercises and whether or not you were challenged, painful or pleasurable. if you fail at completing these task, then you must place 50 clothes pins to be dispursed between your nipples, clitoris, ear lobes, and tongue for 5 minutes.

I have 1kg ankle weights. Dumbells (2,4,7,15kg) and i have 5 inch stilletos
