Girls, it's time to gather in the common room for a little task. Something along the lines our improving our positive mental attitudes.
Please sit at one of the tables and grab a piece of paper and a pen.
*Pushes the button on the radio* We will listen to this music to inspire us: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=33o32C0ogVM while we all write down 10 of our favourite things. Do not read each other's lists before you have finished your own and don't steal any ideas from the song.
