Her name is Rose Wilson, aka Ravager, daughter of Slade Wilson, aka Deathstroke the Terminator, of the DC Comics Universe.
She is my favorite character, formerly a member of the Teen Titans (you won't find her on the tv show though). She has a no-nonsense badass attitude where she takes crap from no one, even her friends, as must constantly be reminded that she is supposed to be hero and work from example. As if she cares. Case in point, a dialogue with villains : Villain : "Are you stalling for your friends to return?" Ravager : "No. I'm hoping they don't make it back too soon so I have time to hide the bodies." Gotta love that girl!
