Given your likes and limits, I'd suggest something like:

FORCED x: I will tie a magic wand to my pussy for x minutes while bound

You can probably make several variation on that with your different toys - you are a better judge of what edge you versus push you over into forced orgasm torture.

Naturally, you should have the standard "EDGE x", where the darer can specify the number of edges you must do, and "PLUG x", where the darer can specify the duration for which you should wear the butt plug.
