That should be easily adaptable. Just choose a soundfile with white noise or some "mantra" as you put it and add some bondage to the equation... frogtie sounds fitting, hands cuffed behind you, a vibe ducttaped on. You could take the keys to the handcuffs and wrap them in ducttape, either one long piece or (much harder and more annoying) several smaller pieces, so you have to unwrap it with your hands tied and your sensory deprivation going on in oder to get free.

Report:

It took me about 30 min to get ready. One problem being that my long rope had still many knots in it from my last net bondage.
