I've gone through the laws for several of the 'major' states around the world and pretty much all of them do not allow minors to produce, access, sell or have erotic recordings which include voice and music. Thus, minors are no longer allowed to participate in this dare. I will go through the thread and edit out the links to all of those under 18 who have done it (although I don't think there is many/any).
