He has to follow any of the three rules daily but of your choice.
1)On tours for all the day.

He has to kneel for 20 minutes evey night befor we are going to sleep
He also is not allowed to question any of my decisions for him. So e.g. I'm telling him to wear his cage he has to do it without questening

I didn't tell him jet, so he will know after he read his post
