I did at some points had to "help" people out of the toilet and onto their way home, simply because they were too drunk to remember how to dress :/

I'm straight. Nope... I usually use stalls to avoid this, if they're an option. In the event it's packed and I have no choice, it's never a problem, because everyone is conditioned to look upwards or straight ahead anyway. Also, the dividers are usually a constant, at least where I've lived, so there's not much room for it to happen accidentally.
