Here's a deal to make sure you're not just sitting on your debt for too long:

Edge at least once every morning and evening. Every day in a row reduces your counter by one additional edge, capped at -14.
However, if you miss a day, you get added back 10 edges per day of your streak.

Example: you complete day 1, -1 edge. Day 2, -2... on day 4 you don't edge, so you get +40 edges and start over.
