Since you mention you have classes, you can do some wedgies while doing homework:

10 minutes of study time in a shoulder wedgie
30 minutes in bra connection wedgie
20 minutes in a frontal wedgie

I haven’t had any homework yet as it’s the first week, but I will do this every time I have any homework or assignments to complete.

Go on a shopping trip but first give yourself a front and back wedgie so that the top of your panties are above your pants, then put on a tight belt to hold them in place. You can wear a long shirt to ensure your panties stay covered

Thank you I went to the mall today to get some groceries and window shopping. I actually ended up putting the belt THROUGH my panties and had my shirt tucked in, was out for roughly 1 hour then went home and got changed for my other tasks.

Thank you, I will be starting this today. Does it have to be a consecutive 45 mins a day or just a total of 45 mins each day but can be seperated (10mins 4x 5 min 1x)

Preferrably consecutive. If you can't, you can divide in maximum 2 moments. Pick wisely when to do it. If you divide it further, write here for punishment.
