They are round, so you really can't lose them or get them stuck. Compare one with the size of your next good poop, just to make sure, but they shouldn't be much larger than that. The worst that could happen is they will hurt a little more than normal to push out. If you're worried about that, just do a little bit of fingering/stretching before you try to push them out.
