This is a bit vague to answer. For a punishment to be effective, you need to know the sub and what the person's likes and dislikes are. You can punish a person by just making them clean if that's something that they don't like to do. If you want it to be sexual, denying them will be a simple idea. To add to the agony, make them watch porn and/or make them do things for you and make them watch you cum. It all depends on the sub.

I'll give you some very common ideas that I use:

Corner time
Writing lines
Discreet public humiliation (make them ask for punishments from strangers for being bad)
Not letting them from referring to themselves in first person.
Not letting them use furniture
Make them do very degrading tasks like kiss the floor/mat or similar things.

Kneeling on something
Sitting on something rough
Laying on something rough
Use of tacks
Friction burns (dutch rub or rope to rub on themselves)
Impact play (using different objects in different places)
Rubber bands are very effective if you have a creative mind.
Temperature play can be used very effectively as punishments.

These are some ideas but I'd still suggest you that instead of having general ideas, try to use the likes and dislikes of the person cleverly. This will be much more efficient way to go with punishments.

All the ideas mentioned above shall be done after taking care of the safety aspects. Please be aware of it as well.

As is already been said, it depends upon sub's likes/dislikes/limits and also on the body type of the sub.

Not involving pain, some forms of humiliation could work, i.e.:

- not letting to remove panties to pee and not changing panties for some days
- if with big tits having the tits tightly bandaged to make them look smaller than usual or, if with small tits, wearing a stuffed bigger bra
- being forced to wear slutty/revealing outfit in public

Icyhot on nips plus tack bra (24 tacks each bra cup), one size too small, locked at the back while fotced to sleep on a hard floor lying face down.

As thoughtful people say above, it depends. A spanking followed by being made to sit on uncooked rice for a length of time is usually effective but you say you enjoy being spanked. For one sub toothpaste applied to her labia may be unbearable but you say you want more than that.

An effective punishment is one that changes behaviour. To do that you need to know the submissive well enough to know what she won't want to repeat, and it must have a mental element. Arousing feelings of shame and repentance are what changes behaviour, not merely hurting her clit or other areas.
