Well since you've been a bad little baby you sure need some punishment

I suggest you spend a day at your gf's or when your roommates are away but that's your problem

When you wake up put on a diaper, then a pair of pantyhose, followed by another diaper and your chastity belt. (Even better when your gf dresses you, otherwise give her the key before)
