I suggest you spend a day at your gf's or when your roommates are away but that's your problem :)

When you wake up put on a diaper, then a pair of pantyhose, followed by another diaper and your chastity belt. (Even better when your gf dresses you, otherwise give her the key before)

If your gf thinks that's not enough then tie your legs togehter using saran wrap (once around your calves and thighs) or rope (at your ancles, right below and above your knees) so you have to crawl.

For the rest of the day you have to drink half a liter every 2 hours.

Before you go to bed you may ask your gf if you've been a good little baby and be released otherwise you get unlocked the next morning.

I have to agree with your girlfriend's punishment idea. It'll probably be pretty hard for you to be a bitch to anyone while you're wearing a wet diaper. A couple of suggestions:

-She chooses your underwear for the day every morning based on your behavior the previous day.(perhaps get some childish little girl panties or training panties as another option between diapers and your big girl panties)

-I think she should make you wear diapers to bed permanently, regardless of your behavior, as a reminder to not be a bitch.
