Over the space of either 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or 1 year you will be challenged to cum under a precise number of times, it's up to you (or your dom) to schedule and plan wisely. Also, the longer you play, the less orgasms you get on average.

I would say thats one roll for the hole!!! week. So as with me a roll of 4 means I only come once in 7 days.

I'm making this a "life rule" from now on I only cum ONCE! a week even though I may do other things I have to withhold my cum.
