Why does not posy count not go up?

So I've noticed that my total post number has been sat at 669 for a while now, no matter where I post, or how long or short the post I make is, that number never seems to go up. Does anyone know why this is?

Not every section counts towards your post count. I did this to combat people spamming certain sections just to unlock new titles. I forget now what sections are exempt!
