For this you are to wear a swimsuit and do this one in your garden, you will need balloons and a bucket...

Substances: Some green gunge (or whatever colour is closest in your collection, Whipped Cream, Custard, Baked Beans, Brown Sauce, Mayonnaise, pink angel delight mix

The gunge should be mixed in the bucket
The remainder of the items should be used to fill your balloons (number the balloons 1-6)

When everything is prepared have it laid out in the garden

Roll a die to determine which balloon you use first
Roll the die a second time to determine the action:

1. Put balloon down the back of your swimsuit (upper)
2. Put balloon down the back of your swimsuit (lower)
3. Put balloon down the front of your swimsuit (upper)
4. Put balloon down the front of your swimsuit (lower)
5. Break balloon over your head
6. Break balloon over head...but contents should fall into the gunge bucket

If you roll and get a number already picked you need to do an exercise based on that roll:

1. 20 Jumpings Jacks

Once all balloons are popped you are left with the bucket...

This was pretty easy to do.
I started with the chocolate sauce down the front of my swimsuit and dragged myself to the baked beans which went immediately down the back of the swimsuit and down to my ass which got crushed as I dragged my ass along the floor to the maple syrup which went over my head and I had to use a cloth to wipe my eyes before I moved on. Next I did forward rolls to the mayo which made some of the contents leak out from the top. This then went down the fron with the chocolate sauce and I could feel it all moving around as I hopped to the tomato sauce which went down my back and sunk down to my ass as well. I couldn’t do the worm so I ended up rolling to the strawberry syrup which went over my head. I didn’t bother wiping my eyes and just started the jumping jacks. This made some more spill out from the bottom while the rest was moving around inside.
