1.) Can't find the link for it anymore

2.) A search feature would be useful as it takes a long time just to find a reason for one member. (Which is what most people use it for.

The link for the ban list is in the "Quick Links" drop down menu along the dark orange bar at the top.... beside Log out 4th link down.

2.) A search feature would be useful as it takes a long time just to find a reason for one member. (Which is what most people use it for.
We have a search feature, if you click advanced search on the search dropdown you can search a user by name. However it works by collecting all the threads they've posted in. So it is inconvenient if the user your searching has 0 posts. Which may be what your problem is.
