Got dared to do this again, so here we go once more:

3 - Lucky! Move straight up to number 12.
Great Start!
12 - Drink a glass of water and re-roll in 15 minutes
Not a problem!
16 - Go and sit on the toilet, stay there for as long as it takes you to drink half a glass of water. You may not pee. Roll again after 10 minutes
- Still pretty early. Not a big problem
18 - Bind yourself to something, so that your legs are kept spread apart from one another. Remain like this for 15 minutes and then untie yourself.
Hrrm.. had to lay down. Can feel a bit of pressure now.
21 - Do 15 jumping jacks
Not too bad
24 - Unlucky! Move down to 17!

17 - Why don't you have a nice, relaxing shower? Turn it up to full blast and position yourself underneath it, so that the weight lands on your stomach. Stay like this for seven minutes and then roll again.
This was a lot worse than I thought. Once again laying down, and having pressure on my stomach. It was a long 7 minutes
20 - Drink a glass of water and wait fourteen minutes before rolling again.

I gave up on the task, and think I deserve a punishment in addition to what I have already done.

What I rolled:

4=4 - Drink a glass of water of water and remover your trousers/skirt.
3=7 - Drink two glasses of water and remove all clothes from your lower half. You should be removing underwear and your trousers.
