I just got out of corner time, my knees still a bit sore. I thought the time would never end.
My hands stayed behind my head the whole time with my tongue hanging out with my mouth wide open.
I got to think long and hard on things I'm ashamed of or naughty things I need punishment for.

I'm ashamed I'm stuck on weight loss. I lost 30lbs several months ago. But am now stuck at 150 and have been stuck.
I wanted to be 135 by summer, but I failed that.

I can also be a bit of a bitch and have such an attitude that I can't seem to let go of. I let this kind of behavior happen to people I care the most.

I also take somethings as offensive very quickly. When I know I shouldn't.

I just can have a rude mouth at times, I suppose.

I feel like I should be putting more effort into finding work--I'm a full time babysitter. I work a bit, but I could still be finding other work on my day off.

I thought a lot about when my attitude has caused a couple to few days fight between my brother. And I never intend that to happen. I'm just very stubborn with my attitude at times...and can't seem to snap out of it.

Hm, I'm starting to see a pattern here. I think that big mouth of yours needs a punishment asap.
So go ahead and fetch a bowl that holds at least 4 liters/1 gallon and fill it with warm water. Also get a bar of soap and a clean towel.

The next time you mouth off, you will do a half-hour punishment. Prepare for this ahead of time since your lack of self-control makes this punishment inevitable.

Have a timer ready, set for 30 minutes.

On a hard surface, you will sprinkle uncooked rice in good quantity. This is the location of your punishment. Have ready some liquid soap, NOT a bar of soap but liquid, about two teaspoons. Kneel down and sit on your calves. Now either tie or belt your legs folded, knees wide and feet under your butt.

Start the timer.

Put the liquid soap in your mouth. If you use a spoon, licking it clean with your tongue. Put your blindfold over your eyes. Now either hold your hands together behind your back or tie them together.

If you're especially penitent, tie your crotch with the waist loop (bight) at your lower back, looped through to straddle your clit and up under the waist rope, then back down and under until you can grab it with your hands. Tie your wrists to those ropes. Have another rope going from your front waist rope up, over and behind your neck, and back to the waist. That rope will hold you in a humbled position. This was a long needed punishment. But my bitchness towards my brother...I had to do something after all the fights I caused.

I got some cotton rope and made a crotch rope. I put a large knot in it. And it hurt so bad.
I poured uncooked rice in the bathroom. I had a a spoon full of liquid soap, a blind fold and a timer set to 30 mins ready.
I knelt down in the uncooked rice and belted my knees up.
I had a extra rope to loop between my legs to bring to the back of my neck and tie me down to a humbled position.
Sticking the spoon in my mouth and licking it clean, I started the timer and put down the blindfold.
A minute in, I hopped up to turn off my music. I felt I needed silence for this punishment.
