I need a punishment

So recently I posted in person above dare based on avatar
The dare I got was

I'm too busy for this so instead I'm gagging myself for nine hours total
I'm here because I want a punishment for not doing exactly what I was told
Take something from my dislikes and make me a task based on it I will follow through with the first reply only i want something with a timescale of around 10-20 minutes and i want it to be complicated and thorough i will post my report here as well as pming a copy to the person who made the punishment

Gag yourself with a bar of soap for 10 minutes and bend over with your hands on a desk or chair or something, no swallowing (position should help), and in the course of which you have to repeat through your gag "I deserve this because I don't do what I'm supposed to" every time you feel the need to take out the soap and put it back (it's allowed), but say it once it's back so that you sound funny.

This was my first prolonged experience with mouth soaping
And I hated it by 5 minutes I took it out for the first time the humiliation of saying I deserved this wasn't that bad though it's not that humiliating if you can barely hear it
By 6 minutes the taste was again unbearable so I took a minute break put it back in and reminded myself that I deserved it than again at 8 minutes gosh I knew it would taste bad but not this bad I kept it in the final 2 minutes

All-in-all great punishment
