I do have a caregiver (Daddy). I found him via fetlife.
I also have a mentor Daddy. He is helping me become more of a real life little, and teaching/showing me how to do stuff in a safe way. I also met him on fetlife!

Are there usually triggers that send you into a certain headspace or can you just choose one willy-nilly?

Usually there are triggers. For little things like color books, Disney movies, being called princess or little one. Middle just kinda does what she wants. She is very mischievous, and is such a tease. Big is me on an average day. Usually things like studying trigger big.

On the other hand, sometimes it is just willy-nilly. Just like regular emotions can come and go, headspaces can as well.

I would like to say im a little as well an have done a bit of caregiving myself however, i prefer to be little but i can switch if need be.

Probably obvious by my name but I'm a caregiver. Was a "daddy" for a few years in rl scene. Became master on online because the daddy role is a bit tougher outside face to face. It can be done but there are aspects of it that need the personal relationship of real life.
