I would like to know, who was stupid enough not to put a "title" for forum rules when they see the whole list of threads.

I must admit that I have no clue what you're talking about, unfortunately. But as you're referring to forum rules I don't see why you would post this in the s/m lounge...

Moving to getdare.com in hopes someone will figure this one out...
