What did they use Luke for? Assistance. Sure, they later disregarded him, but they used his help.

What did Styre do? He got some assistance from humans to carry out his experiments.

How did the Sontarans invade Gallifrey? They got some help from the Vardans who invaded in the first place.

What did Linx do? You get my point :)

REAL Sontarans, They should be the aliens sweeping aside inferior ones stopped by a mad man. Not give me a hand every time. Independence or the occasional assistance id be fine with hence why i get annoyed at Sontarans now.
As for the Silurians Though your right in the respect they do try to achieve peace quite often t never succeeds and war rages from it. Like the Sontaran 'Warriors' They should have different views that cant co-inside and the Doctor should resolve them not they are friends on and off like light switches.

So "true/real" Sontarans would do everything themselves?

Says who? They've always required a hand. Plus, they use tactics. They're happy to get as much help as they want because they're masters of war, soldiers. They'll conquer the Universe at any cost. Your point is very odd.

And I fail to understand your other points because it's just not coherently/well-written. Sorry.

I don't really look at it as "help" more like we are "using" you to conquer. When it comes to the Sontarans, Cybermen, Daleks and etc.

I kind of agree with the Doc on this one.

Episode 5/6 is about a clone workforce.
Sontarans clone.
Therefore, Sontarans are the baddies in episode 5/6.

Nothing more to it :P

Nah, the clones are the 'baddies'. It's 99% clone-based story, so the Sontaran is purely 'background baddie'

Why a waste of time?

It's great.

It means we get a huge cliffhanger as well as a finale. It means we can have, effectively, two lots of Who. It means Who is spread out throughout the year. It means Who is never off air for more than a few months (WOOOO!). It means Who will be on when it should be - Autumn/Winter.

The middle will be filled by Torchwood, and maybe SJA?

Not Saturday night slot. Torchwood is midsummer though and SJA iv no idea.
